Effloresce is currently offering weekly Cincinnati Prenatal Yoga classes* at Embra Studios (formerly Modo Yoga Cincinnati) on Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:15pm.

Effloresce offers private yoga instruction, corporate yoga instruction, and group (retreat) yoga services at request as well.

On a personal note…..

I came to realize the importance of prenatal yoga and its breadth of benefits through my own experience with TTC (trying to conceive) and pregnancy (as well as pregnancy losses). 

I trained with Shanti Mom prenatal yoga school, which began my journey to becoming a passionate advocate for natural birth and home birthing. My daughter was born using HypnoBirthing techniques in a hospital setting in 2012 and my second child was born peacefully at home in 2014. Both pregnancies received a rich prenatal yoga experience, and I am now an active member in Cincinnati's homebirth community.

I thoroughly enjoy introducing other women (and their partners) to the powerful effects of prenatal yoga during pregnancy, as well as the benefits of planning for natural birth whenever possible.

The powerful sangha created through prenatal yoga classes assists women in expanding one another’s wisdom (as classes are always begun with an optional brief circle of sharing), while exploring their bodies’ immense capacities to expand as well.
