This 1 hour workshop (+ Q&A) is hosted by 3 coaches who want to help you understand the mind-body-menstrual cycle connection*: Mindy Schlechter, of Effloresce Coaching, will share strategies for optimizing a mindset that works in synergy with the cycle, Dina Haggenjos, of Free WELL, will share ways you can eat to best nourish each cycle phase’s needs, and Cori Seif, of Strength & Fitness by Cori, will share compatible exercises for each phase of a woman's menstrual cycle.
