Join Mindy for an elevating workshop featuring the wisdom of Ayurveda--a holistic science that honors the 5 elements & the way your mind, body, & heart are naturally wired to heal & rebalance themselves. Ayurveda has long known that every “practice” in modern day healing like chanting, mantra, breath work, yoga asana, cleansing, detoxing, and sound therapy are capable of shifting the vibration we hold in our bodies. I’m inviting you to learn the “why” behind this phenomenon and apply a practice toward your own inner child.
We’ll share in a lively “elemental” meditation, a short journaling practice, some wisdom-sharing & discussion, and a beautiful heart-opening yoga sequence. Prepare to shift your vibration and open into a higher capacity of love and compassion for your inner child.
This class is best suited to anyone (every gender identification is welcomed!) who has been engaged with inner child healing and has a upportive network outside of this class. This class is not a substitute for therapeutic care and we will not be working directly with any themes of trauma. Please use your wise inner authority to decide if this class is congruent with your mental and emotional needs. Mindy is a long-time social worker turned Ayurvedic Counselor and this class is open to all levels of experience with yoga and/or Ayurveda.
All yoga mats and props will be provided! Simply bring a journal, something to write with, some water, and a willingness to open your heart toward your inner child!
